  • Contact information – such as name, phone and fax number, email and postal address) for you or for others (e.g., principals in your business) or other Personal Information contained in content that you may submit to us (such as through our “Booking Enquiry” feature).   • Financial information – such as payment information, including name, billing address, bank account information and payment card details (i.e., card number, expiration date and security code.
  • Comments – When visitors leave comments we collect the Personal Information shown in the comments form and the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. After approval of your comment, your profile picture may be visible to the public in the context of your comment.
  • Media – If you upload images to the Platforms, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location information (EXIF GPS) included as other visitors may be able to download and extract any location information from images on the Platforms.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
